Third-generation hawker stall preserving the art of handmade ngoh hiang and prawn crackers.
Xin Sheng Ngoh Hiong Prawn Cracker at Taman Jurong Market & Food Centre is a third-generation hawker stall dedicated to one of Singapore's most cherished snack traditions: ngoh hiang. The signature dish features seasoned five-spice pork and prawn paste wrapped in beancurd skin, then fried until golden and crisp. Each bite delivers a satisfying crunch followed by a burst of savoury, aromatic flavour that has kept customers returning for decades. The stall also produces excellent prawn crackers and other Hokkien-style fried snacks, all made fresh daily using recipes passed down through the family. The hawker setting is modest and unassuming, but the craftsmanship behind each piece is anything but. It is a rare opportunity to taste a disappearing art form, prepared by hands that have perfected the technique over generations. Seek out Xin Sheng Ngoh Hiong Prawn Cracker for an authentic taste of Hokkien heritage. This humble stall is a living reminder that Singapore's best flavours are often found in its oldest recipes.Based on 46 Google reviews

Average Ngoh Hiang but they do carry a wide variety. Whilst the chili sauce was decent, the non spicy sauce was totally tasteless. Service was quick and friendly. Cost wise, a little expensive imo.
Zac (Zakku)
Good quality, but expensive. $1.20 for a very small plate of beehoon. Got 4 other things, $8.10. Can eat once in a while, definitely not every day.
