One of the worst CKT I have eaten. No lard, few pieces of cockle. No wok hei, strong soy sauce taste. She even forget to add eggs... Wow wow. Not recommend.

Xiang Wei Fried Kway Teow Mee is a long-standing stall at Taman Jurong Market & Food Centre that has been dishing out plates of char kway teow to generations of west-side diners. The stall's straightforward approach focuses on executing the classic dish with consistency and care. Each plate features a mixture of flat rice noodles and yellow noodles wok-fried with eggs, beansprouts, fish cake, cockles, and Chinese sausage, finished with a touch of pork lard for richness. The wok hei fragrance is present, while the seasoning strikes a balance between savoury and sweet. Though the style is traditional rather than revolutionary, it delivers the comforting familiarity that hawker regulars crave. For a satisfying plate of char kway teow in the Taman Jurong area, Xiang Wei remains a dependable choice.
