Vegetarian hawker fare at Taman Jurong Food Centre.
Poh Meng Vegetarian Food is a hawker stall at Taman Jurong Market and Food Centre serving meat-free versions of local Chinese dishes. The menu features vermicelli, noodles, and rice plates topped with fried mock meats and plant-based ingredients that replicate the textures and flavours of traditional hawker fare. The stall opens early and often sells out before midday, so timing is key for those hoping to secure a plate. The food centre location makes it easy to combine a visit with exploring other stalls, wet market shopping, or running errands in the Taman Jurong estate. The vegan-friendly offerings cater to Buddhist devotees, health-conscious diners, and anyone looking to reduce meat consumption without sacrificing the satisfaction of a hearty local meal. Payment is cash only, in keeping with many traditional hawker operations. Arrive early at Poh Meng Vegetarian Food for a comforting, plant-based hawker meal that honours both taste and dietary principles. It is a quiet but valued presence in the Taman Jurong food scene.Operating hours not available

This stall serve the best tasting vegetarian bee hoon. The gravy when mixed into the beehoon really enhances the bee hoon. A must try. Only con is the opening hours which sometimes may not be accurate as the owner may not open the stall at times
