Tried the dry wanton mee ($4) at Long Kee (隆记) today. Basically, the noodles were decent and met basic expectations, making it a fair choice for a quick, fuss-free meal.

Seems like there are more popular wanton mee stalls in the west compared to Hokkien mee. Long Kee is one of them, always need to queue to taste their noodle. Strongly recommend to dine in than take away as the noodle dried up if take away.
