I really do not recommend Jem branch. The staff are not friendly at all and they were not nice to children either. I would rather visit their Orchard, Chinatown, or Clementi branches, where the staff are much more warm and friendly, and the overall experience is pleasant.

Walked into the outlet to get one of my earrings from them fixed. Staff were friendly. KITTY assisted us as we peruse the store. We liked that she gave us space to look and try and make decision. She didn’t hover around or put pressure on us. Will recommend to whoever is interested in affordable jewelry for daily wear.
