Bought the product just now. When home noticed some quality issue. Tried to call and ask can replace the product at the outlet near my place. Tired calling the outlet at Jurong Point for hours. No one answer the phone. Not sure why they give the phone number for??

Wanted to make a fast transition to buy a sandal, couldn't enter the store at 9.03pm because the store shutter was half closed. Checked the store closing timing at 9:30pm on Google but still couldn't enter. The stuff was rude to chase us out when it's clearly indicated store closes at 9:30pm. Wasn't a pleasant experience after being treated unfairly even though there were still customers walking around and trying out shoes.
