If I could give zero star, I honestly would. It was a terrible experience! I was with a friend (18/8/25) who was next door looking at glasses, I decided to look around and unfortunately, I was approached by one of the staff(to be exact, it was a Chinese lady. There was an another male staff and a Malay lady I think) next door, OROGOLD. Do not accept any sample given out by them! The moment you take them, they will coax you (persistently) into the store and then, get you to sit down and apply eye cream on your eye area and start their hard selling. The product cost almost 3k!! Right from the start, I have already told them I am not interested and have no intention to buy any product. But they kept going and tried recommending other product instead. Their desperation and hard selling is really scary and a turn off to me, to the extend, I am offended. I wish they would respect my decision (from the start) and leave it as that. I do understand they need sales and have sales target to reach, presumably, but the whole experience was really a nightmare! If ever, I would to walk pass the store again and similar situation happen again, I will video the whole experience and share in social media cause as a shopper of the mall, I do not deserve such horrible and scary experience. And the mall, Westgate, should control such kind of behaviour from their tenants.
