Upon purchase, item short of 1unit of moisturizer. Was told by the staff that item will be restock in 1-2weeks time. After following up with the staff, item still not arrived yet. Purchase on 24May2021, now 10July2021, no one from the store follow up with my item. Poor service from Guardians IMM.

Cashier was very rude. She snatched my phone from my hand to scan a voucher code on my yuu app. This is shocking behaviour. What if she accidentally damage my new phone? Will she pay? She can request for me to put my phone on the table, and if necessary, to increase the screen brightness. I do not like people to anyhow touch my phone, unless really necessary. And worse still, snatch my phone.
