Bought a lot from this place. Stuffs are good but staffs are not good... The lady who is in charge of fitting room has very bad attitude, eg impatient, cold face, suspecting people without reason and doesn't allow my mom and I share one …

My wife was walk in to this outlet and keen to buy the dress here, but all the staff here like we own them money give those like look down on people face , doesn’t wan to serve us at all, there is no next time to visit this store anymore

Was in Singapore on 25th July 2023. I would have rated the store 4 stars if not for the store accepting credit card only and not cash. Tourists shopping there are at a disadvantage when having to use credit card. Their home country bank charge transaction fees and exchange rate were not as favourable.

Been getting by this store for years but recently what has gotten into their sales staff with altitude problem - cold look n black face so unapproachable except for 1 sporean senior lady (neck length hair n tall) whom i still cherish her patient n kindness rendered.
