Came down on 26/11/25 at about 3.40pm. There were only 2 staff on duty, i came down specifically to resize my watch that i bought online from Bonia. The lady staff at the cashier was the one who helped me to resize my watch gave me one kind of look of unhappiness. Even her tone of asking me what size do i want to resize isn’t a appropriate tone and even then she didn’t even smile. Maybe management should train their staff basic sales etiquette when serving customers. I am from a retail line and definitely know how should one be serving customers. Not asking to bow or treat us like queens or kings but basic service etiquette should show in this kind of industry.
