Didn’t got the old lady’s name but she’s very nice and helpful! They ran out of in-house applewood bakkwa so she recommended me the one that’s been alr vacuum packed. The sign put 500g onwards but she told me there’s 300g. Brought me to another cashier that has no line to make payment too. Really good customer service. A bit expensive $32.40 for 300g but i understand applewood bakkwa more premium. Taste quite normal. Was expecting more. 5 stars for the service. Bag shown is half eaten HAHA
